Shipping or return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or defective items, duplicate items, or items you did not order. Determining the condition of the product is subject to our inspection. Items returned using our return label will incur a $7.95 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from your return total. Oversized and heavy items (shipping codes O-R) will incur a $50 return shipping and handling fee.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH STYLUS/NEEDLE TO BUY?
Identify the make and model of your turntable. Ex. Audio Technical AT-PL120
Identify the make and model of your cartridge and/or stylus. Ex. Audio Technical ATP-2X
The cartridge and/or stylus on your turntable do not have a make or model number, please email us a photo of them and the make and model of your turntable.

you are referring to the turntable owner’s manual for your cartridge, make and model, be sure to check what is currently installed on your turntable. If the cartridge currently installed in your turntable doesn’t match what the manual says, you’ll end up with the wrong stylus. Please contact us to help you find the right stylus.
Look for the LP Tunes brand and model number of the turntable or cartridge. You will find results for compatible replacement stylus.
Check and compare your stylus with the stylus image on LP Tunes. In general, the appearance should match except for colour variation, if any.
CARE OF THE STYLUS
Do not touch the tip!
To avoid distortion, muffled sound, noise and excessive stylus wear, practice cleaning each record before playing.
Foreign objects or dust can also settle on the stylus itself. This should be checked before playing each recording.
Be careful not to bump the stylus tip with any object, touch it with your bare hands, or otherwise damage it.
Do not apply excessive force or touch the console unless absolutely necessary (i.e., for cleaning).
Greater force than the prescribed tracking force may damage the stylus tip or plate groove or distort sound reproduction.
