NOT ALL EPOXY MATERIALS ARE THE SAME

Epoxies designed for marine applications gain their flexural strength by using fiberglass fabric or laminating thin strips of wood. The use of these materials is not practical for wood repairs in architectural applications.

ART GLAZING-EASE 601

Glaze-Ease 601 has been developed to enable window glazing with a high-quality sealant that can be applied in as little as 24 hours. No more waiting weeks or months for old glazing sealants to harden long enough to paint and no more paint adhesion problems.

Glaze-Ease 601 is a mold-resistant, corrosion-preventing paintable glaze. This product can be effectively used to glaze wooden, plastic or metal window sashes.

This unique compound is designed for easy application, can be applied within 24 hours and cures in a

durable-flexible mixture.

After painting, Glaze-Ease 601 maintains the appearance of a traditional linseed oil sealer with advanced polymer resistance.

ART’S GLAZE-EAASE 601 CURE TIME

Glaze-Ease 601 will cover and can be painted within 24 hours of application,(repair technology) but Glaze-Ease 601 will fully cure after one week. (Linseed oil sealants can take weeks to cure). Use oil or latex paint systems, they can also be left unpainted.

ART’S GLAZE-EASE 601 APPLICATION

Glaze-Ease 601 is dispensed directly from a standard resealable seal tube. No “burning” or kneading is required. Tooling can be done with a standard putty knife or a unique putty applicator designed specifically for Glaze-Ease 601. Glaze-Ease 601 is also ideal for bedding. Glaze-Ease 601 has a “peanut butter” consistency and is easily molded into the desired shape.
